Agreement

By using Last Wish, you agree to these terms. Last Wish is a legacy planning platform operated by SoliVana Wellness LLC. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The Service

Last Wish provides a private platform for preserving personal messages, recording wishes and directives, storing documents, and scheduling delivery to named recipients. The service is a planning tool — it does not provide legal, medical, or financial advice.

Not Legal Advice

Last Wish is not a substitute for professional legal counsel. Healthcare directives, wills, trusts, and estate documents stored in your vault should be prepared with the guidance of a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction. Documents may require notarization or witnessing to be legally binding.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your passphrase. We cannot recover your passphrase if lost. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create. We do not access, read, or analyze your vault content. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit your content as necessary to provide the service.

Delivery of Messages

Automated message delivery (date triggers, executor verification, and post-passing release) is currently in development. Today, the service preserves your letters and wishes in a private vault and enables manual export for you or your executor. We cannot guarantee delivery timing, completeness, or automated execution until the delivery system is released. Until then, you are responsible for ensuring your executor knows how to access and export your legacy plan, and for providing any instructions they will need.

Account Deletion & Grace Period

When you delete your account, it enters a 30-day grace period during which it can be restored. This protects your irreplaceable legacy content from accidental deletion. After 30 days the account and all associated data are permanently removed. To restore an account within the grace period, email support@solivana.ai.

Payment & Cancellation

Paid plans are billed annually or as a one-time lifetime payment. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are available within 30 days of your first payment. After cancellation, your data is retained for 90 days.

Limitation of Liability

Last Wish is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees about uptime, data preservation, or delivery execution beyond commercially reasonable efforts. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email 30 days before taking effect.
